About The Artist:

Dylan Leavitt Price

1996

Dylan Leavitt Price is a multimedia and interdisciplinary artist born in San Rafael California March 18th of 1996. What began as a fascination with comics and cartoons quickly grew to incorporate filmmaking, photography, music, painting, and sculpture. Though interdisciplinary in execution, the DNA evident in Price’s work stems from a fixation with the human condition and a pursuit in distilling its ambiguous familiarity into a more honest yet grotesque and surreal truth. The darkness in Price’s work, however, is not without an equivalent sense of humor despite (or perhaps in spite) of the sinister and confusing worlds he navigates therein.

Price has attended Santa Fe University of Art & Design, Pacific Northwest College of Art, and Art Center College of Design where he is currently pursuing a BA in Fine Art.

Beginning the Summer of 2014 Price began a working relationship with the then Chicago based sketch comedy group FND Films. He accrued the credits of production assistant, writer, director, and editor on dozens of video projects, sketches, and one feature film entitled It’s All Good released (2016).

Since the age of 8, Price’s filmmaking and writing has been showcased in a variety of film festivals and a one act stage-play titled Panther produced during Ross Alternative Works (RAW) at Ross Valley Players, Ross, CA: Selected and Produced (2013).
